Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!  If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us at (844)-PAISLEY.  Since all items are custom made, returns are only accepted on defective merchandise.  We will gladly replace or exchange these items.  All sales are final, and returns on defective items must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.  For returns, please following the shipping instructions below.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  We will not issue cash refunds or credits--only replacements for the defected items.  Gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Shipping Instructions

To return your product, please call (844)-PAISLEY to report defect.  You will be given a RMA (return merchandise authorization number).  Write this number on your package and ship to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
